History of Trützschler Indústria e Comércio de Máquina Ltda.

In 1976, Trützschler founded the subsidiary in Brazil located at Curitiba-Paraná. Following the tradition from the headquarters in Germany, with over 100 years of existence, the subsidiary of Curitiba has grown continuously, becoming an efficient and modern manufacturing unit, which resulted in a leading position in the Brazilian market.

The exchange of technical and technological information between headquarters and subsidiary is continuous. The entire project made in Brazil for spinning preparation uses the most modern technology available in the market. In addition, the concern to produce high quality products and technology to extend the partnership with customers and to intensive technical assistance.
These are the principles of market strategy for the subsidiary in Brazil.

Thus, for 35 years, more than 1,000 blow room installations, 3,500 cards, 1,000 draw frames and more than 200 filters were placed in Brazil. These machines are working in full satisfaction of clients and with the support of technical assistance of Trützschler Brazil.

1997 Start of production of card DK 803, first generation of the 3 efficient 3 licker in cards
1999 Start of production of draw frames and filters in Curitiba
2003 Take over of activities of Messrs. J.D. Hollingsworth on Wheels outside of USA, with production plant in Brazil
2012 Increasing of 4,000 m², completing 20,000 m² of constructed area in Curitiba
