The name SUPERTIP stands for clothings with enormous durability, great variety and highest precision.
With your Trützschler high-performance cards and roller cards, you can achieve a particularly high added value. This places a undue strain on the licker-ins, cylinder clothings and stationary flats. As a system developer, we meet these high demands with our three clothings in SUPERTIP design and their 300 different versions. We will be happy to recommend the optimal TCC clothing suited for your needs. Thus, newly fitted clothings do not have to be ground, which significantly extends the maintenance intervals.

NOVOFIX stationary flats: Specialists made of special steel for highest demands
Stationary flats, specifically in the pre-carding area, are exposed to maximum stresses which can lead to disproportionate clothing wear. That is why NOVOFIX stationary flats are made exclusively of special steel. To ensure an even gap between cylinder and stationary flat, allowing optimum opening of the raw material lumps, the reverse side is also precisely machined. This eliminates the need for pre-leveling, which have a negative impact on the service life. The tooth geometries are adapted to the conditions. In this way, minimum tolerances are maintained. The result is a particularly long service life for our NOVOFIX stationary flats.
The stationary flats are available with a number of different profiles for all common card types.

FILLETS
Our fillets and cleaning rolls allow optimal cleaning of the saw-tooth rollers and simplify the removal of the flat strip from the flat top. TCC offers the fillets and rollers for all cards – of course in the usual high TCC quality.
