For more than 130 years, Trützschler and its employees have stood for the successful production of textile machinery components (clothings) and of machines and installations for fiber processing in the spinning and nonwovens/man-made fibers industry.
Our public image and our reputation are significantly influenced by the behavior, actions and conduct of every single one of us. All of us are responsible for making sure that we, as a group, effectively meet our social responsibility. Both our strategic considerations and our day-to-day business are based on high ethical and legal standards. We are committed to the United Nations Global Compact and conduct our business in a responsible manner in accordance with the provisions of the law and regulatory requirements of the countries in which we operate.
In order to make sure that these principles are adhered to within the Trützschler Group SE and all of its subsidiaries, the Board of Directors and Advisory Board have set up a compliance management system. This has created an organizational structure which ensures that the legal rules are observed and is anchored systematically in the business processes.
We know that, despite extensive diligence, there may be instances of incorrect conduct or possible breaches of our Code of Conduct, our guidelines or within of our value added chain and supply chain. Therefore, we have set up a company-wide whistleblower system as a complaint mechanism which provides all whistleblowers with the opportunity to report information anonymously if desired. The procedure is explained in detail in the whistleblower system.
The protection of whistleblowers who make reports or complaints in good faith, is top priority and is an important component of our complaints procedure. Each report is only processed by a small group of selected and specially trained employees. All personal data and any other information which allows conclusions to be drawn as to the identity of the person submitting the report, is handled confidentially. This also applies after conclusion of the investigation. Retaliatory measures against whistleblowers who draw attention to problems or grievances, are not tolerated and, in the event that they occur, are punished.
